Terms and Conditions for the Site and Programs of Sender Pro
1- Privacy Policy and Protection of Your Data (Article One):
- After requesting the service and paying the dues, the membership details will be sent to you immediately.

After ordering the product and paying its dues, you are not entitled to claim a refund for any reason. If there is any problem, contact support and they will solve it for you as soon as possible.
- You are the first and only person responsible for your data, which is the username - password - activation code. If you lose all of your data, we will not be able to help you. You must always keep your data safe, and we will only help you if we know your username and password. However, if you lose all of your data, you are the first person responsible, and we are not responsible and will not be able to help you.
- Any software updates do not affect the databases, meaning that any software update does not affect your login data for the programs (username - password - activation code).
- We do not use any data inside the program, such as your accounts, because they are encrypted and no one can bypass the protection, not even us.
- The administration is also committed to not using your device's cookies except for activation processes only.
- The program administration has the freedom to amend or add any new policies.
2- Usage Policy for Old Memberships | Lifetime Memberships (Second Clause):
- If you own a permanent copy and sell it or transfer its ownership to someone else, the copy will change from permanent to 5 years, with the usage period removed (1 year usage - 5 years = 4 years).
- Sender Pro support is committed to following up with you during support appointments in case you have a problem during the support period allowed to you. If you are a lifetime purchaser of the program, the support period ends one year after your subscription.
3- Protecting your rights to use (Article Three):
- The technical support for the program is only specialized in solving technical problems in the application. If you have a problem, do not hesitate to contact support, provided that you treat it with respect, to avoid permanently banning your membership.
- Technical support does not cover a defect in your operating system, so please make sure of your device's capabilities before ordering the copy.
- We are not responsible if one of the platforms used does not work in your country due to the protocol, so you must make sure first before requesting membership.
- The application management is obligated to protect your rights to use the application after the sale process, under any circumstances, without prejudice to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- We guarantee your right to use the application even after reinstalling the system on your device, or after formatting the hard disk, or changing the hardware parts of your device, or changing the device completely... without prejudice to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
- We guarantee your right to use the application on one device only if it is a personal membership.
4- Methods of communicating with technical support and working hours (Item Four):
- Support on our official Facebook page under the name Sender Pro via page messages.
- You can contact technical support for some inquiries and simple matters through WhatsApp number +201029042177
- Working hours: Every day from 11 am to 6 pm Cairo time, except Friday, which is a holiday for the support team.
- Working hours do not include official holidays such as Eid Al-Adha or Eid Al-Fitr. We inform our customers a week before the holiday via our Facebook page.
5- Selling memberships (Item Five):
- For conditional or expiration-date versions, resale or transfer of ownership will not affect the validity period of the license and it will expire on the same date previously specified.
- In cases of sale of unconditional licenses or lifetime versions, the license will automatically convert to the highest license term in effect at the time of transfer of ownership or resale, which is mentioned in Clause 2.
- We are also committed to providing you with all new updates to the application for free as soon as they are released and without any additional charge, while committing to notifying you of the new features that are added to each update.
- We are committed to providing technical support to receive complaints and inquiries and help the user get the most out of the application.
- It is forbidden to deal in financial transactions within the group without informing the admin to ensure the rights of both parties before the transaction.
6- Software Update Policy (Article Six):
- There are regular updates throughout the day, week and month, so always make sure you have the latest version.
- You are free to work on the latest version or the old version, but if a new version is added, you must work on it.
- In case of a problem with any tool: You only have to inform technical support and the development team will review and develop the tool immediately. In case of a delay, the specialized development team will do so within 3 to 5 working days.
7- Membership ownership verification policy (Item Seven):
- Memberships must be activated immediately after receiving them, otherwise the membership will be lost after its expiration, along with the loss of its free support period as well.
- Requests to join the group on Facebook will be reviewed within a maximum of 24 hours.
- After purchasing the service, you must join the group on Facebook to prove membership in your name, access all new updates, and activate support privileges for the membership.
- The account that joins the group is very important to prove your membership ownership and support eligibility, so we must confirm that you have joined the group immediately after purchase. You will find the group link in a message immediately after purchase.
- In the event that your Facebook account is closed, which proves that you own the membership, you can contact us and send all the data to change the ownership (username - password - activation code - old account name).
- If your Facebook account that you joined the group with was closed and proves that you own the membership and you do not have any of this information (username - password - activation code - old account name), we will not be able to help you.
- The user must adhere to these terms to avoid being banned from using the application and be present in the group to prove his membership ownership.
8- Terms of commitment (Article Eight):
- If you need to restart the program on another device, you can only do this once every 24 hours.
- Adherence to the application's intellectual property rights standards and maintaining the confidentiality of activation key data.
- Commitment to ethical values and standards by not dealing with pornographic or offensive pages to religions, as well as pages that promote atheism.
- Adherence to legal norms and texts and not using the application in any acts that violate the law, or help in violating it or promote it.
9- Disclaimer of responsibility of Sender Pro Company, affiliated with Infinity Company (Item Nine):

The administration disclaims any legal or moral responsibility for any abusive or illegal use or use that may be practiced by the user.
10- Terms of Dealing (Article Ten):
- We must show respect and appreciation in word and deed when dealing with you because our priority is to ensure that you benefit from all our services.
- Respect must be observed in word and deed when dealing with the Sender Pro team.
- In the event of a violation in word or action on the part of the Sender Pro team, all you have to do is inform the administration department and we will investigate the matter as soon as possible.
- In the event of a violation in word or deed on your part with the Sender Pro team, a warning will be sent, and if it is repeated again, the membership will be suspended for a week, and if the violation is repeated, the membership will be suspended permanently without referring back to you.
- Remember the words of God Almighty " Not a word does he (or she) utter, but there is a watcher by him ready (to record it) ".
** Note:
The administration will resort to preparing periodic reports on the activities carried out using the application and in the event that you violate any of the terms of the previous agreement.
You will be notified of the need to stop activities that violate the terms of the agreement. If you do not respond to the notice and deliberately violate the terms of the agreement,.
By doing so, you expose yourself to being banned and the agreement will then be considered void with all its consequences and you will lose the right to a refund for the application after the final ban and you will also not be allowed to purchase any other activation keys!!.
